Dire Maul isn't really a maze like BRD or Maraudon (where even I get lost). That's why I mentioned it. It's really great and sometimes I miss it. I can't seem to get enough motivation to come back and play WoW like in the past tbh. :)
To me those instances are better, because they are the way instances should be, a place to experience with your friends, not a just means to an end - gear up.

To me raiding end game stuff is much more pain than doing low level stuff for leveling up, because you have to invest so much time and resources in a constant routine which in the end burns you out, like in my case.

Of course, as soon as I hit 40 I'm dual speccing to shadow for a bit of questing... but just a bit. I've ran out of new zones and the thought of doing Dragonblight again... well, doesn't make me happy.

I never liked and never will like the maze instances. Maraudon and Blackrock mountain and their friends can go die in a big fire. I could never find my way through Stratholme to save my life, despite getting boosted/boosting people there for a long while. Give me SM over and over again and I'll be happy... I'd like to do full runs, but it simply isn't worth the pain. I love the way WC looks, but I still have nightmares from when it took 3!! hours to do half of it on my horde pally. I can't wait til Northrend or at least Outland.

You can learn dual spec at level 40.

And tbh I don't care much about the end level content because everything there is a bit overdone and also overrated. The low level content, including level 60 is the best that WoW has to offer lorewise, funwise not to mention dungeon and class mechanics (try doing any level 50-60 instance with no supporting chars with a party of your level).

One of the best experiences for me was Dire Maul (all sides are fine, maybe the one with ogres is a bit more monotonous) where you can find amazing story and diversity in one place. Each mob has lots of abilities, and you have to do certain stuff, you can't just skip to the last boss like in other newer instances.
